In several posts I notice "OT" at the beginning.  What does this mean?  I am not very good and instant messaging/texting so not up to date on the abbreviations?

It took me a while to realize that "NUT" meant nutritionist and not the psychologist.  LOL

LOL (ha ha, in other words, laugh out loud)... that's a good one, alyz... I used to think the NUT doc was also a psychologist!!

OT is "OFF TOPIC"... like, technically, not related to WLS (weight loss surgery)...

there is a link somewhere on the site to the meanings of these...
