Good Morning California.........I'm going back to bed.

Seriously though, I've been up since 4am when hubby left for work.  I just couldn't sleep, so I did another assignment in Algebra and had some .  Now I'm so tired.  My registration appt for next semester with GW is at 8:30 am, so I'm going to rest a little, then register for my Communications class.  Then off for a run and back to the homework.  If I can keep moving I should be done with this last chapter and quiz by tomorrow.  Then I'll spend tomorrow and Thursday putting together my Final Exam notes and still have three days to study before Monday.

We're planning to go to the Huntington Beach Farmer's Market tonight on Main Street to buy some fresh produce and have dinner at Fred's.  It's Taco Tuesday...........so it's a cheap dinner out plus their mahi mahi tacos are great!  I just eat the innerds (fish, cabbage and tomatoes) and there's always leftovers.  Yum!

I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!

Thank you Lori!  I'm going to become a Registered Nurse.  All my prerequisites are finished so now I'm applying everywhere I can.  In the meantime, I'm just going to keep taking classes that would normally be taken during the Nursing Program.  This moves me up on the waiting list and then I'll have a little less work once I'm in the program.

I'm also going to begin working part time as a Home Health Aide till I get into a program.

If I'm lucky, I'll graduate by retirement age

Good morning everyone!

You know, the "twisted tuesday" alliteration is kinda played out...can we think up a nice new one, or just not use it at all? Anyone? Anyone? I don't feel the least bit twisted! LOL

I am glad that Frankie's bottom is better and that all of your other doggie's behinds are fine.... dog owners... if your doggie is "scooting" ask the vet to check the anal glands! It's a good thing to have done routinely, anyway.

My builders here are going along GREAT... the old bedroom is already framed up for the two new rooms (bathroom and walkin closet). Today they begin plumbing! Then, drywall and then flooring and then.... shower time!!

Have a good day, all.... each day is a GIFT...

Speaking of dogs . . . how is Amber doing?

well, this might be TMI, but, while she is eating more normally, the pooping dept. leaves much to be desired, julia... all tests normal, though, so, it's either just stress/change with the construction here, or something worse, which would need more tests to determine. I'm not going the test route until things go back to normal here and i can rule out the stress factor. Thanks for asking!

How is Crystal doing today??

Fine--she's walking and sipping.  Mark is with her now, and I'll be heading down after my construction crew leaves.

Good morning Lu and Cali,

Not much on the agenda here today.  Work and then more work and then home and some laundry.

Hey Lu, only 25 more days.  Yippee Skippee.

OK, need to start work.  Wish I had some witty tales to tell, but I'm fresh out and my brain is on vacation this week.

Everyone have a great day, stay hydrated and don't forget, do something wonderful for yourself.

Good Morning,

So glad about your baby Lu.  They are so innocent and then depend 100 percent on us.  When I get done reading this doggie book I just go I need to give it to you.  I think it will help you understand your dogs actions.  I am always trying to figure out what Vickis cute little faces mean.

Naomi, have a wonderful time at state line! Wish I was going, but there is no walking and no sitting for me right now.  Unless it's recliner sitting.

Lu I am so ready for this surgery.  I STILL do not have my paper work to make my preop appt for my tests.  This doctor is very good, but his office staff, well basically they suck. I just can't wait.  I am supposed to be in St Bernardines Hospital, and for 2-3 days.  I remember the days when you were in the hospital for weeks for surgeries, man it's like going through a drive thru now.

Javi, so good to see you.  If was really fun at the coffee.  You are a very nice person and very funny.  Looking forward to meeting up again someday.

Really glad about your dil Chris, what a brave woman!!  Ok, time for me to go, I received some Dean Koontz books yesterday and I am looking forward into getting some reading in today.

Everyone have a great day.  Hugs, Diane
