Good Morning Cali Friends, what are you thankful for today?

Today I am thankful for...

1. Getting my car back yesterday, and the air conditioning works, and it was less than they quoted me!

2. Yesterday I walked up the hills of Berkeley at Cal with my hubby and was able to keep up with him (he walks fast) and never used my inhaler once!

3. The bricks that have been thrown at me, they make me stronger and wiser.

Gosh, this morning I am thankful for:

1 - again my husband, my rock, my best friend (most of the time!)  lol

2 - that I am healing and able to use more of my right hand, (since I am right handed!)

3 - My girls and my grandkids whom I just adore!!!  Today is Kiara's 5th Birthday!!!  My Princess is growing up!!!

Thanks for doing this Barb.......it is helping me to take a step back and actually really think about what I am thankful for which sometimes I know I am guilty of not doing.

1. surviving work the last 2 days, and not having a nervous break down

2. my trainer, who helps me take my mind off of everything else, even if it is only an hour

3. my friends, who have been so awesome to me!!!!

4. my OH family, who I would be totally lost without

Today I am thankful for

having some of the greatest friends, hands down and they were brought to me by OH, so.....
OH, for bringing me friends, that are more like family
for my angel, Rhonda, who gives so much of her time to me, so that I am prepared for Friday.
For Chris S, How can I even begin, suffice to say a huge thank you and major hugs to you, my friend
to the others who have given me daily support on my journey, Becky, Heather, Diane, Lori C, Barb, Jean, and the many others,
and most of all I am thankful for this new re-birthday!

Friends...my true honest friends, those kinds of friends are far and few between....but when they are real friends, the friendship lasts forever.

Dougie...who every morning, every nite and in between talks to me, and we can work anything, any problem, out together.  My very best friend in the world

Family...who are not always there when I need them, but they are my family and if it really got bad for me, they would be here.

Today I am thankful for....

1.  Getting to do something I love yesterday and being well received!

2.  I also am thankful for the bricks. Lately a lot have been thrown, I threw some back is that really bad?  But I am still thankful for them.

3.  my loving and kind friends

4.  New adventures and surprizes.

That is what I am thankful for!

I should have had you wave  at my older son when you were up at Berkeley yesterday....he works there.

Today I am thankful for:

my round robin quilting group    I get a "new" project to do at the end of every month

friends that share their back yard "crops"    I was given some yummy nectarines and grapes

my OH friends and our daily contact and support   

 

I'm thankful for friends that help me and the amazing perfect timing of life.

1.  My mother called to tell me they may be temporarily relocating to Germany for her hubby's job and would we come take care of their home, rent free?  I can't even tell you how much we need this right now.

2.  I've been looking for part time work doing Home Health Care while I wait to start Nursing School.  A friend gave someone my number and they called me this morning!  I'm going tomorrow evening for the interview.  It's perfect!  3 to 4 afternoons and evenings during the week.

I stress and stress about things when I need to let go.

So, I'm thankful too, for this lesson learned.

Today I'm Thankful for:

Another day of life...I'd run through the sunflowers if I was free from work ^_^

Another opportunity to learn and try something new...even if it pushes my comfort zone ^_^

Another chance to make amends and repair relationships..with my family/friends but even more so with my enimies. ^_^

The many blessings my Heavenly Father has mercifully given to me....may I be a blessing to others..to share the love of family. ^_^

Wonderful friends and family who love and support me completely.

For my good health and that I am blessed with 3 healthy sons.

For this surgery and life that it has given back to me.

And finally for my Heavenly Father who has blessed me in so many ways. And for my faith in him that will get me through anything.
