Michelle T not getting to go home today!

Just talked to Michelle . . . and they are not going to let her go home today because she is in danger of dehydration . . . having trouble with jello and juices . . . and he said if she went home this way, she'd be in trouble quickly.  Poor thing was so wanting OUT today . . . so just wanted to let everyone know.

i'm glad that they are being cautious with our friend... it's too hot out there in hesperia to be going home even slightly dehydrated....

poor thing, though.... it's hard being away from home!!

Thanks for your post on Michelle.  I know she must be bummed out that she can't go home, but it's better to be there then back in the ER later.  Sending good thoughts and prayers her way.

Thanks for posting Chris!!!  I was still sleeping when she texted me and I was just coming to do it now. 

She did fart though, so woo hoo for that and thanks for the prayers for that!!!

I told her to quit using that morphine that is more than likely the reason she is sick to her stomach still.  She said she has not used it and is feeling much better and doesn't feel bad at all.  I don't understand why the hospital doesn't give her some fluids if she is that close to dehydration, but then I ain't no doc.  I know she is not liking being there, but I told her to sip all day, and just sit and watch NASCAR which was cancelled from yesterday.

Also Rhonda asked me to post, that at 12 noon today we need to have a toot rally so Michelle will toot.  So big or small, let's give Michelle one of our famous toots that by pass patients can do so well.

Well, I know she must be disappointed, but I agree, better safe than sorry.  But the good thing is, there's air conditioning!
