Ok I broke under the pressure

Well I broke under the pressure and figured out how to get the pictures off of my iphone. I think I put a new avatar up and the photo is on my profile......

Looking great!  Congrats on your progress so far, I love seeing the pics of those that have gone before me...it gives me hope that I will really someday see that kind of difference too!

I guess this could be another WOW moment for me. I still have that mental picture of me being that guy in the blue scrubs during nursing school, When I posted the avatar and seen the pictures side by side I was just amazed. Even my wife that wants to know what happened to that mountain that use to lay in bed said WOW.

You've made incredible progress Rick!  Keep up the great work and keep updating those photos.  You don't realize how much progress you've made until you see those photos sometimes. 

WOW WOW  and another WOW!!!  Rick you look fantastic!!  And good job on changing the avatar....now Missy Queen Nag will leave you alone ROTFL  (she'll just have to find another victim ;-) )  Keep up the great job of working that tool..you are an inspiration to many!
