and I'm down 100lbs since surgery 3/3/09....woohoo!!

I just wanted to give myself a little pat on the back......since the Kaiser Options classes started 6/6/08, I'm down a combined total of 182lbs. I feel great (even though I lost a lot of hair) and I never thought I'd be enjoying life this much ever again. THANKS WLS.

Holy smacks....Congratulations on your weight loss success...I'm glad you're enjoying it and I'm sure this summer is so much easier for you rather than having to carry excess weight...You know what I mean.
