Today, I'm hanging out here at work, getting things ready to start up the new school year.  Chris, you can put me down for 2 lbs lost.   Got rid of a couple of pounds I put on while off recuperating.  Thanks for keeping track of WWW for us!

Hope all is going well with everyone out there in OH land.  Sounds like people have awesome plans for the weekend.  That is a good thing!  I am shooting for hiking with the group on Sunday a.m. if you all are up for it.  But I may just show up anytime, you never know about me!  ll.

Thanks for the awesome shout out.  My birthday is not over, Since I am having so much fun, I have decided to have a birthday month!  I am celebrating big time on Thursday with some gal pals.  It is going to be a blast, I will post pictures or not depenind on how much tun we actually have!  lol.  Well I better get rolling got a big day ahead of me.  Have a super day!

Jilliecats- Great shout out.  Thank you.  I am in the process of knitting myself a plum , cotton cardigan.  I should be finished by the end of the week.  Then I will start another one.  If I finish the next one, it would have been the most difficult item I have ever knitted.  There are cables going in all different directions and there dropped stitches in between the cables.
I hope you are doing okay.

Let me tell you.  I cannot remember the last time I had so much fun here on the Cali board.  The "drama" that came to this board yesterday was on blast.  It was so funny.  I don't know what was funnier, OH's reaction to Kirsten's post or poster's reaction to OH. 

I did not weight myself this morning.  Just did not think about it.

Thanks for the shout out.  I do feel lucky to wake up in Santa Cruz everyday.  Felton is beautiful too.  It's here for you if you ever want to come back!

I am down 2.5 pounds this week.  Considering it's that time of the month, I am thrilled to have any weight loss. Now the really cool part about this is being 50 pounds down in 9 weeks!! Woo Hoo!!! I am glad to have made this milestone. 

I am at work at day, but I am going to a forum on the algebra initiative launched by the private sector to help kids struggling with math at public schools. I just hope I don't fall asleep. This is when I really miss caffiene!!

Wow, what a shout out, incredible I say!  Well, when I signed up for OH, all I could think of is that I was going to be a new Barb also (2).  So that's where the name came from.  But you're right I wear many hats, like so many of those great products (free now of course) that you mentioned!  I am a Human Resources professional, we wear many hats LOL.

Well I stayed the same again this week, no lbs lost or gained but I am getting sick of this stalling stuff.  I am going to lower my sodium intake (beef jerkey and low sodium sunflower seeds) and see if this might help. 

So I did get some calls yesterday about jobs, SO HAPPY to see the resume is working.  As soon as I finish posting, I will call the one guy back.  Please continue those good thoughts, prayers, crossed body parts and juju, I know they are helping.

So everyone have a great day, the weekends almost upon us.

Good morning California and Jillie!

First off, you can put me down for 3 pounds!  OMGosh, that's the first time in three months and I finally went through that imaginery 150 boundary............to 148.5 pounds!

On that note though, I'm going back to bed.  I woke up about 5 am with a terrible stomach virus or something and I just feel terrible.  Please forgive me all for not mentioning all the people I need to in this post.  I will be back up later and hopefully have my energy and tummy back.

Good Morning Cali!

First off.. put me down for minus 3.6 lbs.   prob a little slower cuz i started eating this week, I don't know but I'll take it.  I've been having a little bit of problems... barfed twice and several times just could not eat without pain.  So Im trying to do more liquids again.  And hopefully it will all be working again soon.  I just don't quite understand this pouch yet.  Sometimes I can eat, sometimes I can't.  Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it doesn't.... with the same food.   guess I'll need to just keep working it out.

Anyways.. today brings a board of directors meeting i have to attend... sometimes i think its more like a bored meeting lol but it's all good.

I hope all you campers have a great time, I'd love to go but I don't think im ready for it yet .. so next year I'll get in on it early :)

Fontana is in San Bernardino county, nestled between Rialto and Rancho Cucamonga, very near Ontario also.  Its an old dusty city, but has come leaps and bounds in the last 10 years.  We are home to the (NASCAR) Fontana Speedway, now known as the Auto Club Speedway.  I am 1 mile from there, just over the freeway from our very own Kattitude!

Chris,,,may I add a loss of 3 pounds please!!??  yeahhhh..first major drop in over 6 months.  My new eating program to combat Insulin Resistance is working!!  (no endorsement noted..lol)

As far as WWW...I can report Nothing!! Not up or down which is good cause I went up 4 pounds but that is gone now so I am the same as last week. This is a good thing.
