good thursday morning
Hello Lisa and all the other fabo California peeps!
Lisa, I am curious with the others. What kind of revision are you having? Not much cooking here today. I am going to my friend Ron's house this afternoon because he is having computer issues. Hopefully it is really minor because then I can fix it and costs him nothing more than a diet coke and a cup of ice. I haven't been to his house in ages so I am also looking forward to seeing all of his planting and landscaping. He is so alented. He took a plot of his yard, probably 25 foot square, and put in a hot tub. Then he proceeded to do walkways, plants, and all kinds of stuff in there. From what I here, it looks like a little mini oasis. I get to see it myself today!! yippee!!
I hope all of you enjoy the day today and the countdown to the weekend. This is kind of my Friday. Even though I don't "work" for pay, I do always take Fridays off because Jeffy has Friday and Saturday off. I enjoy just putzing around with Jeffy very much!

Not much on the agenda today. Just work as usual and then after work taking one of the 'kids' to the vet for annual shots and rabies. I totally agree with Barb...rain in August?? Crazy..but at least it keeps us out of the 100deg + range. Hope it stays this cool..we're headed up the hill to the 5th wheel again tomorrow...so relaxing and quiet.

Just a quick type by as I am swamped here at work. Trying to play catch up after the Vegas vacation!! Coming back to work is never any fun, but at least it was a short week for me. Jsut a couple of shout outs I wanted to make that really popped out at me.
Diane - I am so glad everything went well this morning with surgery and you are on the road to recovery!! I will be stopping in to see you this evening.
Monica - Congratulations on your insurance approval. I know the war you have had to fight with the insurance company both for WLS and now the LBL. I know who to call when I'm ready.
Jackie - I am so sorry to hear about your fiance' but am so proud of your decision to do what's right for you and move on!!! That takes a whole lot of strength. Good for you!!!
Javi - Congrats on the 100 lb. weight loss that's awesome!!!

Rhonda - I am so glad to hear you enjoyed your time up north with Momo. I know how much you cherish your friendship with her. Teh rafting looks like a blast I am so going to put that on my bucket list. Seeing as last weekend I was able to cross off a couple things I need to add a couple.

Becky - Glad to hear you're adjusting back into the working world so well. Just try to take it easy, you are still healing, my friend. Can't wait to see you!! Very soon, I'm thinking of hosting one of those parties for us ladies, you know the kind so, you'' have to come up. Did they get those pants figured out yet???

I slept in for a change and hit the books right after breakfast. I'm just taking my nose out of the book for a few minutes for a break. My eyes are crossing. You shouldn't have to study this hard after 55! LOL I forget more than I remember. I may join one of those brain exercising websites. My short term memory sucks!
