Good Saturday Morning Cali,

Hope everyone has something either fun or relaxing or both going on.  I am going to be spending time with my dad and sister going through my mother's things.  He's finally ready to take care of that.  So, it will be an emotional day today, but one where we can reminisce. 

Tomorrow, I have a baby shower and family picnic to try to get in.  Of course they would be on the same day and around the same time.  So tonight I will be putting together some type of dessert to take to feed an army of adults and kids.  (or maybe I'll just pick something up at the store...)

Well, it sounds like you have a full weekend ahead of you!  I am working today to catch up on things before I fly to Vegas on Thursday morning to pick my dad up and then fly from Vegas with dad to Philly to see my dad's sister.  My dad's sister has kidney and lung cancer and he hasn't seen her in 5 or 6 years so I thought this would be good for both of them.
Although this will be an emotional and full weekend for you - I wish you a great weekend as well.

Good Saturday morning! Not sleeping is a rather normal thing for me. Early mornings are so nice and quiet.

I've been busy making sugar free jam this past week. I've been on a blueberry jam kick and everyone seems to love it. With blueberries in their prime right now it's been fun.

Today is our OH Support Group Meeting in San Dimas, hope to see everyone there! 1318 Wickham Court, San Dimas, in the rec room.

Oh Janell, It is so good to see your smiling face on the boards again.  I have so missed you!  I will be forever greatful for you hooking me up to the people who I got Baybee from.  I have never in my life loved a dog this much nor have I had a dog love me the way this one does.  We were meant for eachother and without your guidance her and I would have never met.  Wish I would have known abou the support group ealier I would have loved to come out and meet you in person.  I definatly will have to now as I am going to have to steal a jar of that jam from you!   PM me sometime, I would love to come your way and meet for a coffee.

Good Morning all!  I've been MIA for a reason.............I've worked 96.5 hours since Monday evening.  Things are all wrapped up and power restored in Burney so I get to play today.  No house cleaning, no laundry, no nuthin.  Joe and I are taking the boat out to the lake!

Joy, I'll pass the hint along about the albadore to Joe.  He's so proud of his canning and I wish I could eat tuna but I can't.  He cans venison too.

Thanks for the nice words about my family!  They are really special to me and I love to share. 

I'm outta here to shower and then to pack some food.  I swear I have tried so hard to eat good this week, but it is horribly hard when you're on the go from 5 am until 11 pm.  Ugh  I am off to get in a protein shake, and packing cheese, meats, yogurts and the likes.  Today is NOTHING but GOOD FOR ME foods!

Tell Joe I killed something!  I really did!  I killed my phone.  Now I did not shoot it or poke it with an arrow or strangle it to the ground.  I dropped it into the toilet!  Right there at the HIlton Hotel in Las Vegas Nevada!  At least I did it in a classy toliet and not at the shell station in Barstow or something!  I am so grateful that it landed sideways in the toliet and not straight down as it was an auto flush toliet again (for those of you who did not know I lost my new sunglasses Ms. Chris gave me at Disneyland in an auto flush toliet.  (long Story)).  Well.  Maybe Joe will think I am still a city girl anyways, oh well I tried.  Mo You may have to IM me at home for a while or Pm me or what ever they call it as my Phone can accept calls and texts but i can not text back and calling is iffy until like Tuesday.  So keep me posted I got lots to tell you!  I hope you had a great day at the lake and get some sleep girl!

GOOOD morning all!

I'm doing an hour of a 24 hour cancer walk that a bunch of former students have put together at a school site in my district...i'm quite proud of the kiddos!

Then, off to a block party at my BFF Rhonda's street... a good old-fashioned block party! Cool....

I'm enjoying a bit of cooler weather here in my neck of the woods and hopefully, you all are, too!
