Kaiser-how long??

on the 10% loss, at the Palmdale classes, they did NOT count what I had lost before my classes started. BUT it will depend on your Surgeon. In class they kept telling us the surgeon wouldn't do the surgery unless you lost the weight they wanted you to. Well My surgeon looked at my weight prior to the clas, and the loss prior as well as in class and he was more than happy. It's good to hear you only have 20 weeks, we ended up doing 27, due to holidays and a snow storm that kept everyone from getting to class. I started my class in Oct of 08 finished in April and had my surgery July 13.
