Good Morning Cali Friends, what are you thankful for today?

Today I am thankful for...

1. Journaling.... that I keep hearing the words of my surgeon who told me, you will journal for life because it will help you succeed at using this tool.  He's was right!!!

2. My health, my blood sugar was below 100 yesterday with no medication OMG!

3. For trying a new recipe last night that was healthy and everyone loved it.... Mexican Lasagna!  If you want the receipe let me know and I will send it to you.  It was fun cuz I used stuff from my garden.

Today I am thankful for....

1.  My scale that keeps me in line!
 
2.  For freinds that call me at 9:45 to get yogurt and we make it on time just before the shop closes.

3.  Peeing my pants when I laugh to hard!  Pee cures warts and I can honestly say I have never had a wart.  I pee my pants all the time!  Want to join me?

4.  Most important that I live in a world where one can be one's self.  I can laugh at myself and with my frineds.  In a world where I can love just because I want to.  In a world where I am free to worship the God of my choice.  In a world where I can be loved and give love to others.  Thank you all for being in my world.

Today I am thankful for so many things...

That the sun was shining this morning in Pinole and SF!  So much more cheerful than the fog!

For the need to get more work clothes because my closet is quickly dwindling and thankful I can share with a friend who is looking for work and sorely needs new fits - nice knowing they are helping a friend....

Thankful for Trader Joe's Unsweetened Black Tea!  Anyone know where I can get black tea bags without any kind of flavoring?

Thankful that the weekend is quickly approaching!

Thankful for my other half, Michael's continued health.
