Good Morning!  Mind if I join in.  My husband was born and raised in Victorville.  When he was born they did not even have a hospital.  He was born in a house where all they did was have babies.  It was near Victor Valley Jr. High.  Right off of seventh.  I lived there in Junior High.  Of couse I did not know him then.  We live in Merced now.  I like the green.  Oh well enough of that.  I am going to watch my grandchildren for a couple of hours this morning.  Then this evening we are going with our friends to The Wellington Station in Turlock for dinner.  Today is our 33rd wedding aniversary!  Sometimes it seems like yesterday and sometimes it seems like forever! LOL I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

You are more than welcome to chime in anywhere you want, lol! I have only lived up here for a couple of years but I have been coming up here since I was knee high to a cricket. Boy, has it changed! I love green, too. I wish we could move to somewhere where there were more green trees and grass. Joshua tress don't count! Happy 33rd wedding anniversary to you and your husband. I know what you mean when you say -- "sometimes (it) seems like yesterday and sometimes it seems like forever", yup yup! lol.... Enjoy your celebration.

Welcome!  We are doing a meeting at Starbucks in Hesperia on Monday at 5:30 the one off the freeway and Main if you ever want to join us we would love to meet you.  I don't know where Merced is as I am geographically challanged so. pls forgive.  Welcome and chime in anytime you wish girl.

Merced is in the Central Valley.  We live between Fresno and Modesto.  Highway 99 run up through the Central Valley.  If water problems continue we may become the desert again!  You have a nice weekend!
