Contra Costa Support Squad meeting today at 10am!!

Hi all,

I want to invite you to come on out to our support group meeting at the Raley's event room (room next to the pharmacy in the store) in the Raley's on Sand Creek Rd. in Brentwood at 10am.

We'll be sharing successes, ideas on exercise and nutrition and talk a bit about how relationships can change after WLS.  I would love to see you there!
