San Jose duodenal switch support group meeting this week

    Our monthly DS support group meeting will be this coming Wednesday, from 6 - 8 pm. Anyone interested in learning more about this very effective form of wls is welcome to come. We are a small, friendly, and well informed group. There is no fee and no committment required. Support people are also welcome.
     Support groups are a great way to meet people who live with a wls and learn what life is really like with that operation. Anyone interested can send me a pm for more details.

For me, figuring out what to bring to share is the most challenging part of going to the meetings.  I don't mind making anything, I just have trouble deciding what to bring.  Maybe I'll take requests!
