~~Daily Thanksgivings~~

Hi Barb and Cali Crew,

I am thankful for;

1. Maya Angelou! Her books are inspiring and thoughtful. I met her and Betty Shabazz (Malcom X's widow) ten years ago and they were kind souls who had great senses of humor too.

2. My willingness to go to therapy.  I have such a better life because of it.

3. A friend putting an idea in my mind to get away for Labor Day even it it's just a mini-vacation

I am posting a little late in the day but that's o.k.  I am thankful for:

1.  My good friend Tillie.  Today we went to movies and saw The Ugly Truth.  Tillie is the type of person that you can just be yourself with. 

2.  My morning with my grand kids.

3.  For my life, I have been and continue to be so blessed.
