Exercise Question
I was wondering how to exercise and get rid of the "love handles" on my back. I am nearly 2 1/2 weeks out and ready to start exercising. I am very much aware of the bulges on my back and I would love to get rid of them or at least start to work them off. So any information or exercises any of you have would be very much appreciated. You want to begin to develop your "lats" the back muscles that wrap around your torso like your rib cage does. At the gym you'd want to do pull-downs, and rows....start building muscle from the inside now and realize that ultimately you may need surgery like a lower body lift to bet rid of excess back skin.
