Good MOrning Terrific Tuesday!

Good morning California!

Today is going to be a terrific Tuesday!  I can feel it in my bones.  Got a busy day planned but what else is new here?  I think Michelle is coming over to finish her Lego project later and I have about 4,000 erands to run this morning myself.  But it is all good.  So what is everyone up to these days?  I am so out of the loop these days.  Too much life going on and I am having a ball.  Well that is about it for me today.  Tell me what you are up to and catch me up on everything.

Good morning Rhonda and Cali friends,

I am still driving my husband to work in Long Beach.  I tell you getting up at 2:30am and not getting home until 5:00pm makes for a long day.  Not much new with me...I started the 5dpt yesterday…so far so good!!!   I have been potty training my granddaughter (2yrs old) and she is doing terrific!!! I had to reschedule my appointment with the plastic surgeon due to my granddaughter being in the hospital, but I have my appointment next Friday 8/28, I am so excited…   Not much is going on today…working then going home and do the usual, cleaning, and cooking. I just hope tonight I can get to bed a little early.   Well, I better get back to work…       Hope you all have a wonderful day!!!

hello Cali,

well today started off just like yesterday.....as soon as I got on the freeway, I realized I forgot my dang cell phone again.  I really hope there's no emergency that I need to attend to.  That would really make me feel like crap.  I really have no idea what would make me forget it two days in a row.  Other than that; I get to venture out of the office today to a new location that we're renovating, so that should be a little fun.

Ahhhhhhhhh, Tuesday.  Today brings me wor****il 12:30 and then pre-op appointments and then off to the ZZ TOP concert with a bunch of us from work.  We have a designated driver who will be driving  my Beast (02 Toyota Sequoia) and then dropping me off at home and picking up her car.  Gotta love them 18 year olds who will "work" for concert tickets!

For all of you who I didn't tell about my surgery, I have a lump on my shin that has been growing.  It's become quite noticiable and painful when bumped. The doc is about 90% sure it is just a lipoma (fatty tumor) but because it's growing, how hard it is and "mobile" he wants it gone.  Funny, so do I.  So, gone it is on Thursday morning.  Easy Peasy piece of cake.  Then, I'll have another scar to create scar art with!    (I have one on my right wrist that when I went back in for my check-up, I had drawn 6 little shoes on the stitch marks and pasted 2 googly eyes on the end and made it a red lizard! 

So, that's my day in a nutshell.  Kinda wish I still did caffeine, but that ain't happening so......... forwarding on.  I did take a 2 hour nap yesterday!

Not much going on here.  Just another day of work and another day closer to my weekend away with Luana.  I'm not sure which of us is more excited about this weekend.  But if you could harness that excitement I think we could run the electrical power for a building or two.

It will be so great to just geat away for a couple of days.  I know I just went to Santa Cruz a couple of weeks ago, but that was with Mike.  This is just a girls weekend.  We can do whatever we want or don't want to do.  Eat when we want or don't eat.  Shop when and where we want or don't shop.  Sit by the pool and slot machines and get drunk or...no there is no other on this one.  We will get drunk.  Come on weekend.

So it's just a workday for me today and some laundry when I get home.  Other then that, that is pretty much it.  Hope you and everyone has a great day today and remember, do something wonderful for yourself.

Good Morning Rhonda and Cali Friends,

Yesterday was much fun, my step Mom and mother-in-law and I went to the movies.  My mother-in-law hadn't been to a theater in over 30 years, she thinks the last movie she saw in a theater was Tootsie!  So we say Julie & Julia.  If you love cooking or Meryl Streep go see this movie, it was really fun and a true story too.  I will be buying it when it comes out on DVD.  Then we drove Lil back to SF and had dinner with her.  Ron set up her new microwave and delivered the old one to a neighbor.

Today brings our volunteer meeting at EU.  I heard from AAA regarding a resume I submitted and responded to their questions, so I am hoping to get an interview with them.  Then I will start preparing for my intervew on Friday.  Got lots to do today.

Good day to you Cali folks.

Today I am back at work after a nice three day weekend. My son earned his yellow belt and we had a small party for him over the weekend. I bought the snacks but didnt eat them. I was very shocked to find my uniform skirt here at Disney does not fit, and I had to pin it closed for me to wear. I can fit my hand thumb on hip and pink on the inside of the skirt to so big!!! LOL

I am really looking forward to my next class for WLS, I cant wait its on Thursday!!!

We have annual passes.  If we go sometime where do you work so we can look for you and say hi.

My son's best friend's wife works at Disney.  She takes photos at Winnie the Pooh. Go say hello to Kallie and tell her Steph and Mike, Jonathan's mom says hi.
