Many prayers going your way.  I loved having the stent in place, everything was great while in, however, after 3 months, they removed the stent and I'm back to square one. I hope that things work out much better for you.

Oh on!  why did they take it out after only 3 months.  I was told that they would leave it in for 6-8 months.  That is awful.  Do you have to have surgery now?  I am so sorry.  I really hope they can fix you too.

I don't know why, but the doctors decided it was time to take it out.  Had some problems ..3 days after the removal of the stent ..caused a pinhole air leak into my abdomen. . pain was worse than childbirth.  Spent a week in the hospital being fed intraveniously (sp?) with drugs and nutrients.  I am back to soup and crackers now.  Will see doctors on Thursday for results.
The stent was great....try tomake them leave it in you as long as possible.  Thanks for the prayers.

I am so sorry.  This scares the he-- out of me.  I have had so much pain in my stomach since April.  Horrible pain at times.  I can't imaging going thru the rest of my life like this.  When you had the stent in....were you able to eat normally?  You saw Dr. Lee at UCI too right? 

I hope someone can figure out how to fix us!

I was eating normally with the stent. I even gained a few pounds.  Yes I did see Dr. Lee at UCI.  Things seemed just fine, for a little while, until I had my other problems.

I am so sorry if I scared you.  You'll probably be just fine.  We WILL be fixed, eventually.

WOW!! Here ya go again. This one has to work for you!!! Have you talked to your Dr about the botox? I know it worked wonders for my friend next door.
