Seminars tomorrow....

Well.... Tomorrow is the day I go to the last 2 of the required 3 seminars before my Surgeons appt. on Aug 27th. I am looking forward to meeting people like me that are just starting their WL journey and those people that have had surgery. The nutrition seminar should be really good... its about grocery shopping. Then off to the support group.. well.. not really off too.. its in the same room. I am going to the Slim Life surgery group with Dr. Aaryan Koura. When I went to the introduction seminar at the beginning of the month he seemed very funny and just like a genuinely good person. His staff were very informative and told you everrrrrryyyyyything about the surgery, before, during, and after. It was cool.
