If this keeps up then I will check with my surgeon. I am going to try some warm tea first and see if that doesn't stimulate things. Lol... I am also going to try to start walking more regularly. That might help. Appreciate you answering my post, my friend.

Just wanted to report I've been staying the same.  I seem to be doing that a lot lately.  Stay the same, stay the same, drop some, then more stay the same, stay the same.  All I can do is keep putting one foot in front of the other, every day.

I have lots going on here at home, including school starting next Monday.  I also have some huge decisions to make..........the "take care of me versus take care of everyone else" type of decisions.  I wish I had a crystal ball.

I'm down 2.8 lbs this week. I am starting an exercise program and the hospital today. I am looking forward to that. Hope everyone has a great day.

Greetings all

Count me in for 4 pounds this week. Been on a pretty good stall for the past few weeks. I really increased my exercise for the past 2 weeks even getting back on that evil treadmill of mine LOL. This makes a total of 148 pounds since my journey began. Only 78 pounds away from my goal weight at the moment.......Ya think I need another goal weight?

Hi Everyone,

You can put me down for 2 lbs. this week. 

Just returned from my Dr. Ali's and all is well.  Need to increase my calorie intake a little and I am released to regular foods.  WHOO HOO

OK, lot's of work to do as we are hiring a new Foreman and Apprentice.  Need to get my safety manuals and foreman's notebooks printed.  Safety Manual is easy as I have already scanned the 4" binder into my computer.  Now I have to do the Foremans notebook.  Hopefully I will have this completed by Friday.

Ok, well I'm down 3.8 lbs this week! yay!  Gosh I just really can't wait to be under the 300 mark.. I will be so stoked when that happens.. then onto the 200 mark :) 

Been kinda down all week, while packing up stuff I lifted somethiing and my neck, shoulder, back and low abdomen are killing me.  Hot tub isn't helping much.  Im just hoping I didn't give myself a hernia. 

kinda been MIA this week from the boards, but still thinking about you all!

-.8  I'm having a tough time trying to get to 140s but I'm still working on it.  I'm studying for another auxiliary exam , Patrols this time and I'm taking it next Tuesday.  That's keeping me busy.  I did go into Santa Rosa today to help a friend pick out a dress for her son's wedding nxt month.  We had a great time shopping , found her a dress and had a blast at Frederick's of Hollywood.  Shhhhh hubby doesn't know yet. ;-)
