good morning Diane and Cali....
I'm down 2.4lbs this week according to Kaiser scales.  Monday I went in to have my labs done, and saw my PCP.  He was proud of my progress, and said that when I get down to 220lbs, he's going to send me in to get my Panni removed......I didn't even have to ask or beg for it!!  YAY!!  so, now I just have to save up some time to take off.  This week has brought nothing new; but it is Wednesday, so we're almost to the end.  I hope everyone has a great Wednesday, and rest of the week.

thanks you two.  I'm kinda scared of it though....oh well, it can't be as bad as the WLS itself, can it?

I just have to ask!! How are you getting Kaiser to pay for PS????  I've been told since the beginning that Kaiser does not do PS unless you can PROVE there is a 'medically necessary' reason. Just curious...and yes, JEALOUS! LOL

That was my understanding about the whole plastics, and Kaiser paying for it.  BUT....if my PCP says he's going to send me to get it, I'm not going to argue, and risk getting denied.  I'll take whatever I can get, and go from there.  I just hope there's no complications with the approval process after he refers me.  But only time will tell.

Here's the deal, Javi.  I'll stay quiet and not wake up the queen...if you keep me informed on how you boondoggle Kaiser into paying for plastics!  Deal?? ;-)

Good Morning All!  I am here wishing I still fed my  addiction to caffeine!  But, alas, I don't so........ zzzzzzzz (can I just sit here and sleep for a while?)

I am DOWN 1.5 pounds.  Finally.  It's been like forever since the scale moved down.  I've watched it move UP a few pounds and that's pissed me off.  Enough to move right back to basics and pay more attention to it.

Not much planned for me today  I've got a mega bill here at work I need to puzzle out so it can get paid.  Other than that, not much happening.

Later........remember to take your vitamins, drink your water and move your bootey a bit today!
