Good Morning Di and the Cali Crew!!

Nothing to report because I don't have a scale yet.  I swear I will change that as soon as I can.  I am still not feeling well.  I did get some Nyquil and at least I slept last night.  My co-worker that comes in at 5:00 am with me is sick too.  He did not come in today so I am here all alone...at least for another hour when someone else comes in at 7:00.  I don't know if I am going to make it all day or not.  I'm tired and it feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest.  Oh well....life goes on.

Nothing planned still.  I have to go to church tonight because I have a class.  I may skip it though and just go home and die.  Thank God it is hump day.  The weekend is almost here.  Need to go get some work done.

Diane, I am sorry food doesn't taste good to you right now...but that may not be a bad thing...lol  My problem is, is I can't eat much at a meal....I seem to take a couple bites and then my chest will start hurting, so I just stop eating.  I thought it was because I was either eating to fast or not chewing my food good enough, but I am very careful and I still get it...so what I do now is just eat smaller meals and more frequent...go figure!!!  But, Diane please take care of yourself!!!

Chris, put me down 1.8 pounds for this week...

As for me today...not much, just work.  I am still driving my DH to Long Beach in the morning for work and then picking him up in the afternoon.  I will do that until at least next week.  He goes to the doctor's next Monday, so we'll see what the doctor says then.

Friday is my consultation with the plastic surgeon... I am so excited....Also, this Friday..I think we have to people have plastic surgery...Monica P and Janet...(Jandell)...I am so excited for the two of them.

Well, I better get working, since no one is here and I can get a lot done..I am so busy at work...

I think my problem with taste after surgery had more to do with them being abdominal surgeries, but yes there have been taste issues.  I think they have finally settled down this time. 

I am down 1lb this week.  But I'm on a mission to gain and lose this lb repeatedly.  I hope I get past this soon.

Good morning Diane and Cali,

Well today you can put me down for 4 pounds lost.  I am so excited!  I have been in a stall forever then one pound then four pounds don't know what triggered it but, I will take it!

I have my 3 month appointment today, they wanted to do it next week but I will be gone so it is early.  I am OK with that.  I am happy I have lost some weight so my surgeon will see I am not stalled like last time!

One more day and then I am off for a few.  Can wait to get on the road to see my sis and niece in Tacoma.  She has not seen me for a year, before I started my diet and then surgery.  Boy is she gonna be surprised!
