Thanks Barb...I know the journaling helped tremendously...really kept me from snacking and sneaking in that '1 little bite won't hurt me' garbage. LOL  And I got my butt out the door during lunch and back to walking..already up to 1mi again.

So?  Did you start journaling again??  And the walking?  Did you and Eileen get out last Sunday?  (you told me to keep you honest LOL)
Hugs!

Good Morning Cali,

I did not weigh today.

Nothing else going on with me except that I need to make some real progress on this baby blanket that I am making for a pregnant attorney.  She goes on materity leave this Friday.

That is my story and I am sticking to it.

More Love and Peace,

Kim

I've lost 1.5 pounds. Ugh! I was hoping for more, but I do feel the inches coming off because the pants I am wearing are no longer tight in the waist.  That's a good thing.  I do feel though that my weight loss is too slow and that I could be doing more.  I am having a huge challenge finding the energy to do my two hour commute, working 8 to 11 hours per day and exercising.  I've been letting the exercise drop this week.  I am battling depression and I found out my mom's chemo isn't working and her tumor has grown.  Her oncologist is going to try a different type of chemo. Things aren't looking good right now. SIGH!

Hey MsBlues..
Im so sorry to hear about your Mom, I really hope they find a different chemo that will help it soon.  My prayers are being sent to you and your mom.  I know the commute is hell and long days are crazy.. I spent many years like that  but to go through all of that and lose this week is still good!  keep your head up if you can!  We are supporting you!

Hugs,

Jackie

Thanks Jackie. I really appreciate it. We've been on the cancer roller coaster for a few years now and we became used to good news, but it came back and it's been a much different experience this go around.

Thanks again!

Ms. Blues,

I am adding you and your Mom to my prayer list.  I totally understand where you are and what you are dealing with.  Please keep the faith and don't forget to take care of yourself too.

Hugs,
Barb
