Well, I followed lots of advice from the CA board.  I breathed. I wrote nicey-nice emails. I left work today and didnt look back. I called my mom, repeatedly.

Now I'm at home, just took my sleepy pills in preparation for tomorrow's lower-body lift.  My belly flap and I are going St Joseph's of Orange tomorrow, and only one of us is coming back!!

You are in my thoughts and prayers today for your surgery. I was hoping to meet you at LB Coffee, but the past few months you have been busy or away.  You have been a great incentive to me with your success. I too want to start running (hope to start this coming week).

We have the same ins UHC and I was hoping the would cover PS but with your fight they may not..  Take care.. Lori W
