Surgeon Appointment

OK... Today is the day.  I have my appointment with the surgeon here in Sacramento.  I am extremely excited about the appt. But OMG!!! I AM SO NERVOUS!!!!!

Anyone else get the I am gonna throw up nerves before their appointment?  I guess I am nervous because its like I don't wanna walk in there and him say, No... Ya Know?  I haven't even really slept but like 2 hours. OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!


My appointment is @ 11 am with the doctor and the nutritionist... I will keep you all posted.

Just take a deep breath....you are going to be just fine.  Been there, done that!!!  I felt the same way when I had my appointment just over 1 1/2 years ago, and I got myself so worked up and it went great...I can say I had my surgery and surprised my doctor...by my one year I surpassed his goal.  I have lost 131 pounds and have never looked back.

Your going to be just fine sweetie!!!  Hang in there!!!  Keep us posted...I am excited to read your next post after your appointment today.  I'll be thinking of you at 11!!!

OK, now listen, everything is going to be fine.  Think positively and then think of this, you could be in my shoes right now because I am facing some 30 staples being taken out of my spine today!~  I would rather go to your appt.  I was nervous too, because it was the unknown, but it was worth all the nerves when I had left and you will sleep like a baby tonight.

Been there done that with the staples in the back thing.  I had lower back surgery 12 years ago this Sept. I understand the pain, worse yet, mine were infected the dr removing the staples said it was going to hurt like hell and boy, he was right. I feel for you today and understand the pain you will be in.  Good luck!!

Hang in there girlfriend, things will go smooth as silk.  Something to consider, this is just a conversation and a chance to make sure this is the right surgeon for you too.  Chances are, he will trying to impress you as much as you him!

Think positively and all things will happen as they are supposed to.
