A New Weigh of LIfe - Classes
Hi Everyone -
I told some of you yesterday at the LB Coffe that I would post the new class schedule for "A New Weigh of Life". The classes are conducted by Mary Seiersen - Registered Dietition.
The classes are free and open to everyone. Class begins at 6:30 pm and runs 1 - 1/2 hrs.
Location: 9940 Talbert Ave. Suite 301, Fountain Valley (next door to OC Memorial Hosp) in the obesity center. 714-378-7622
There is the possibility of moving to the 5th floor, patient care pavillion in September. Please call to make sure of location.
Sept. 9 - PREVENTING WEIGHT REGAIN - what to do if you start to regain weight.
Oct. 14 - PROTEIN & FAT - How much to have per meal. Protein supplements.
Nov. 11 - VITAMINS & ABSORPTIONS - How much do you need & how to avoid absorption prob's.
Dec. 9 - CRAVINGS - What to do with cravings. Calorie needs.
