Beginnin in October 2009, The Center for Obesity at OC will offer 6-week yoga sessions.

Sessions will include:
- Joint mobility exercises
- Classic yoga postures and movement
- Breathing exercises
- Safe, effective and fun yoga practices

Cost $75.00 per 6-week session

Hey - sounds like something I'd like to do!

Do you know the schedule? I'd call, but it's almost 9pm on a Sunday; don't think they are there!

I am in school 4 days a week, but am interested, for sure!
