So far I have tried 4 different vitamins that are chewable and one more on the way to try....

Centrum - that is a no way. They are so icky that I couldnt choke them down.
Bariatric Advantage- Not great but I could choke them down if I wanted to
Celebrate- Heard wonderful things about them but I just dont like them. Not that tasty
Building Blocks- I really like these. They are tasty and I am sure I could take these everyday. I will have to supplement Calcium and Iron too, not in the multivitamin.
Bariatric Fusion- No sample recieved yet but I should get them this week.

So My question is... How many of you have tried Building Blocks Vitamins and what are your thoughts on them? I really like them and I think they will be the vitamin of choice post op. Did you have good labs after taking them? Let me know any draw backs that you guys can find. I am pretty new on the vitamin thing and I am trying to educate myself as much as possible before hand. To find out more about Building blocks vitamins go to www.bbvitamins.com

Thanks for all of the answers in advance. I am so gratefull to learn from people have already been there, done that.

Thanks
Nathalie

I never bothered with all of those chewable vitamins.  I took Flintstones for awhile and then when I was done with that I just went to a good multi vitamin in pill form..I used a gel cap.  I take all my pills except for my C and B12.

Hope you can get it sorted out.

I use Bariatric Fusion and 1-1000 mg of D and my labs are prefect. I like them best of all I have tried.

Good Luck

Have to agree with Diane, I take the childrens chewables and have stuck with them. I use a sublingual B12 and my labs have been right on.

Have a great day......Rick

I use children's chewable (disney princess, etc) as they are much easier to get down and they do not make me choke like all the others.

It sure is good C'ING LESS OF ME!

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they

ALL exist very nicely in the same box.
