OT: Interview Update

I wanted to thank everyone for their prayers, crossed body parts, good juju, smoke signals and positive thoughts etc.  The interview today went very well.  I was quite impressed with the panel, which was comprised of the CEO, CFO, Asst. Administrator and the HR Director.  They asked good quality questions which I answered with ease and illustration of my experience.  I also asked some really good questions (in my opinion) and thought the exchange of information was time well spent.  

All in all, I did the very best job I could, the rest is out of my control and it will be what it will be.  Either way, I won't be disappointed in myself because I know I was professional and intellegent and well spoken, and I looked really smashing in my red jacket with black trim and black pants!  They have to decide is, was I a good fit for their job, I think the chemistry was good and felt they did as well. 

They will interview the 2nd candidate on Friday and make a decision on Tuesday.

So, that's where it stands. 

I just wanted to let you know, as so many of you have been so incredibly kind and supportive.  Truly amazing friends all of you and I am so grateful for having you in my life.  God blessed me with much more than just an RNY.

Hi sweetie! I've been coming back just to look for your update. I'm so very glad it went well and I pray this is God's will for you! I know they would be lucky to have you on their team.  I'm sure the waiting will suck.  When is the other 2nd interview or did you have it already?   You remain in my prayers and hope you gets your heart's desire in this!!!!   bigg huggs, Becky

Thank you SO much.  I just need to spend more time on exercising and less time on over analyzing the situation!  LOL  In the end, it will be as it is supposed to be, this much I do know.
