Morning Califoria!

My weight is the same, but I'm actually happy about that because with all this heat, I'm feeling very puffy, so jumping on the scale and still seeing 148 is great!

I'm going to finish my coffee and head out for a run.  Then I have laundry to do and some more organizing, tossing and packing in our bedroom.

This afternoon I have to take my 21-year old son to the oral surgeon.  He was born with only 13 adult teeth and we've been going through this long process since he was about 13 years old.  He's on his second set of braces.  He's had one surgery.  Now that they have the teeth all lined up where they want them to be, the fun starts.  He may need some bone grafts (I hope not though)  The bones in his face are thin.  In order to do the implants they may want to do, they may need to do  the grafts first.  Then several surgeries for implants and whatever else they decide to do to give him as many full teeth as possible.  Ugh......he's just ready for this to be over and so am I.

Tomorrow, I'm supposed to start work.

So off for my run and a busy day.  I hope you all have a great Wednesday!

Janeene, Your son was "born" with 13 adult teeth? Was he toothless when he was born or did he only get 13 teeth when they fell out ...oh, geez I am confused.LOL did he have teeth when he was born? I have seen that happen and alot more than you would think.especially in New Mexico I would see it very often there....babies born with several teeth...

Hope he is feeling better or at keast has good pain meds, I don't think anyone can like the dentist.

Hi all,

Just a quick note. I have no weight loss. I am the same as last week and surprisingly, I don't mind. I've been feeling lousy for the past 2 weeks, light headed, almost dizzy, no energy and and I am pretty sure I am having an iron problem. I am working with my surgeon on it so I am hopeful I'll feel better soon.

Also make sure you're getting enough water in!  I get that way when I don't get enough fluids.  Where in sometimes I like the "freebies"  too much is just too much.

I am down 2lbs this week.

I had kind of a wow moment this week. I had to get a new drivers license. I got it in the mail on Saturday. I didn't recognize the person on the license. It is one thing seeing the reflection in the mirror everyday but to see the picture on my license was a great surprise!!! I didn't know I could look that way!!. I need a new avatar.

Hope everyone has a great Wednesday. I have a follow up with my surgeon this afternoon, then it is off to exercise class at the hospital

Kim that is sooo cool. My sister carries her DL before and after with her everywhere she goes a proof. Before she changed her picture she got pulled over for her tail lights being out and the cop swore it wasn't her on the license. She had to prove it with here signature!!!! LOL I still us my AZ license cause it doesn't expire until 2019 and I don't look anything like that pis and I wasn't even close to my highest weight when I got that license!! Should be interesting when I go to DMV to get my new one...which I will be doing after I take another motorcycle training course. I need to brush up on my riding skills and will e doing that before next summer....Sorry for the babbling!!
You are doing a great job by the way.
