TGIF California

Good Morning California and Happy Friday!  I am so happy it is Friday!  Today I get to take two groups out on a nature hike.  I am so exited about this.  It is going to be great.  Yes it is a bit hot, and yes the air is filled with smoke but how wonderful to be outdoors and to be alive today!  I am living for the first time in as long as I can remember.  1 little year ago I could have never dreamed of doing what I am doing today.  Because of my RNY my entire life has changed.  I am so grateful for that.  My life is not perfect, but I tell you it is so much easier to have a life 125lbs less.  So gang we have a long weekend coming up, what is on your plan for this beautiful weekend?  Me I did not make any plans (for those of you who know me this is unusual) I am just going to play it by ear and enjoy a bit.  Sit by the pool and play with the kids.  But for sure I am going to take care of me.  I feel so much better when I do that.  You should give it a try.  Well off to the showers for me.  Have a wonderful day, a wonderful weekend, and be nice to the most important person in your life!  YOU!

Morning Miss Rhonda and Cali!

Wahoo it's Friday is RIGHT!  We close at 3 today . . .even better . . . except now everyone realizes I'll be gone until the 16th . . . and "crap" is coming out of the woodwork lol . . . oh well

My evening last night was crazy . . . we just got a forth person for our Boobie Bandid team . . .she was originally supposed to be on the team, but got a new job, and her principal said she couldn't be off on the 11th . . . and then told her yesterday she could . . . so last night I had to go find another jacket . . . (could only find a medium - now I need to take it in too) . . . got it to the embroidery place . . . got another hat made (Becky . . . the hat I owe you will have to wait until Spring I think . . . couldn't find another matching hat at WalMart) . . . and then sat here in my hot house trying to relax.  Fun stuff!

I work at Costco Sat and Sun . . .and then I'm free (well reasonable) and clear!  Y E A!

How exiting for you.  I so wish I could be joining you.  But I will be hiking her in California and thinking of you.  You go and do the best you can do and don't hurt yourself.  Enjoy your last day at work for a while and don't worry about anything they will find a way to figure it all out or they won't.  But I have a feeling they will.  I hope you get to show some fun stuff over there at the Costco so it will make your time go by quickly.  Have a great one.

Good Morning Rhonda and the Cali Crew!!

YIPEEE!!! Its Friday!!!  And a 3 day weekend too!!  I am so happy its Friday.  I love my weekends.  It's my time to relax. I will be watching the clock today at work.  1:30 will take forever to get here today.  Sometimes, my boss will let us go early but not always. 

I don't have much planned this weekend.  Hopefully, my car is going to get repaired tomorrow so I don't have to walk everywhere.  I have a bunch of laundry to do and I have to get my son ready to start school on Tuesday.  I need to buy him some new shoes and some socks but that is about it.  Church on Sunday and then Monday, just relax and maybe watch some movies with the kids.

Good morning Rhonda and Cali,

I am also glad it is Friday.  It was a short week for me but very hectic.  We will probably stay home since we were gone last weekend.  I have to do laundry and some studying.  I have a test I have to take by the end of the month and I just got the software installed on the computer.  So my free time is pretty well spoken for.

I am glad to be home.  Yesterday I had a few dizzy spells.  I know sometimes after RNY that the blood pressure will be a little out of whack.  I just have to remember to get up slowly and not rush to take off.

Not much on our agenda this weekend, we left it open like you Rhonda, except to go down to the OC and visit my nephew and his fiancee tomorrow. Awwwwww, a nice, relaxing holiday weekend.
