Good morning Rhonda and Cali Friends,
Rhonda, so glad you're going to do nice things for you this week, you've surely earned it.
Chris, I am so happy for your walk, you know I'll take good care of WWW for you and it will be here when you get back or I can do it for an extra week if you need a break to get back in the swing, you let me know.
This weekend brings a dinner with my cousins from Idaho on Sat and a baby shower for cousins on Sunday in San Jose. For those of you in the So land, the Bay Bridge is closed for 4 days, so getting around the bay will be a little tricky and traffic in the East Bay ought to be a mess. Oh well, that's why we have CDs,and radios isn't it? LOL
As I wrote in Daily Thanksgivings, my father-in-law will finally be coming home Sunday. He has been in the hospital since May, so we are busy helping my mother-in-law get things ready for him. She is nervously excited as is he. God bless them, they have been together for 60 years!
So, that's what's new in my neck of the woods. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend, and remember your water and please heed Becky's advice about her Dad with wearing your sunscreen. Be safe.

Today brings my second day at my new job. First day was very interesting, but I have to explain when I have more time. (tomorrow probably)
So, I'll be on my feet for the next 6 to 8 hours, with a baby on my hip and a 4 and 6 year old to chase after.

Going to the beach at 8:30 this morning to try and get a fire pit for tonight. My daughter Kellie, who comes to the LB Coffee with me at times, is getting engaged tonight. Joey, her future husband wants all of the family down at San Clemente when they get down there after dinner. I hope I can get one.
I want you all to have a great weekend and do as Rhonda says, do something for you.

Hip Hip Hooray for TGIF. I thought this week would never end. But at 3PM today I am done and then tomorrow it is off to Boston for a week. I have to pick up a few things I need on my way home, then get some laundry done and the bags packed. Tomorrow is unfortunately my first tax review course. I will go in the morning as our plane doesn't leave until 5:45 PM. Will have everything in the car, go to class, stay as long as I can and then we will head over to the airport and vacation officially begins. I can almost taste the lobster now. Nothing better than New England seafood.
Started bowling league last night. The hip was ok. Not great, but ok. My bowling however was another story. It was so baaaaddddd. I think I'm compensating because of my hip and I've got to figure out a way to do this. But if I don't, who cares. It still gets us out for an evening with people we enjoy.
Well guess I better get busy here. I probably won't be around much next week, if at all, so everyone have a very wonderful Labor Day weekend and make next week a great one. And remember, most important of all, do something wonderful just for yourself each and everyday.
