Remind me please
Ok so I am trying to get back on track after having a baby and shed these last unwanted pounds that have come on. Can someone remind me just how much PROTEIN we are supposed to take in each day? What about vitamins? How much of whatever we need? I am hoping by upping my protein that will jump start things back into weight loss mode. HELP.....
Hi Deb, we just covered the protein question in my support leader training class, You take your weight and divide by 2 and that;s the amount of preotein you should be getting everyday. As for the vitamins, Here is what I take:
2 multi vites (one in the morning, 1 at night)
1 - 29mg iron
1500mg calcium CITRATE + vit D
1 - 1000mcg Sublingual B12 per week
