I just recently lost my Mommy-in-law and it has been really hard on me. I have been eatting stuff I know I shouldn't or not eatting at all.

I know really don't know how to get back on track.  She wouldnt want me to be this stupid and to do this to me. She was one of my BIGGEST supporters. Always asking how it is it going. Before she passed she asked me how much have u lost. I told her not to worry about it that she needed to focuse on her.

Her death was sooooooooo unexpected.

I started to excersise a little. Im would love to walk with someone that lives around the Fontana area.

I hardly come to this site any more cause people can be really mean and judgemental. But the people I would turn to can not understand me.

Jenji, I am so sorry for your loss. What you need to do is go back to basics and cut out everything that you know you shouldn't be eating. Let me know if you want to get together for coffee and just talk. Sending you and your family love and hugs.

Thank you.
It's been really really hard.

And Im not losing.
I have been eatting crackers, chexs mix, chips i take a bite here and there of the kidos poptart or something sweet. Then i tell myself im dumb i have sugarfree stuff.  Oh and protein bars. Cause when I drink shakes i get sick still.

I have been drinking tons of ice tea, skinny lattes and water (im always told this is bad excpet for the water)

any suggestions

With the tea and skinny lattes, get decaffinated and it will go toward you water intake. Make sure you are getting enough protein. Take your current weight and divide it by 2 and that's how much protein you should be getting per day. One last thing: Put the carbs down and step away...lol I know it's hard to stop the emotional eating, but you need to do it for your health. Instead of crackers/chips/chex mix, have a piece of fruit. We are all here for you hun. And don't take anything the 'meanies' say to heart. We are here to support, not be mean. XOXOXO

Greetings,

I am too struggling for some reason now. I am probably just hitting a few stalls considering the amount of weight that I have lost in the past 7 months. I sent you a PM as I live in Fontana and if you need someone to workout with or just to vent, just let me know. Support is the key to success and we all need all the support we can get.

Have a great day............Rick

I am so sorry for your loss.  You are so lucky that you had a mother-in-law that you were close to.  Hang in there and just take it one day at a time, one moment at a time.

I am so sorry for your loss.  It is so very hard to go through a death of someone you are close to.  Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

You have slipped back into your old eating habits.  It's ok that you have done so, and please you have enough on your plate right now to be down on yourself.  How about you start fresh tomorrow.  Get rid of every bad you have eaten and still in your house.  Get some good foods in there, sugar free popsicles, propel, anything that you like that is within your weightloss guidelines.  There are plenty of good foods for you to "pig out" with.

It may be too hard right now to start healing, but each day is a little better. Whether you realize it or not, it does. Healing comes, but things will never be the same, the void will always be there.  My MIL died over 10 years ago, and I miss her still.

I have met Rick, he is a really great guy, take him up on his offer.  Exercise will be a great way to start to feel better mentally and about yourself right now.

You are in my prayers and thoughts,  Diane
