Wishing you a very happy surgiversary!! Isn't it so cool you can do all those activities plus others that you have yet to try?
Get ahold of that snack monster. Don't fool yourself into thinking that you can have the bad for you sh*t again. You can, but it truly is better if you don't. One bite leads to another, and for some reason, forbidden foods seem to go down really easy. Just cut them all out and eventually you won't miss them. I speak from experience although I didn't start the snack monster till three years out or so. Now I am having a hell of a time getting it under control.
O.k. off my soapbox now. Again, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

Congrats Momo!!! You are doing a great job. You are an insperation to so many here. You and Becky both reminded me why protein is so important even at 6 years out which is why I have started drinking at least one shake a day and trying hard to stay away from those darn carbs. I too have tried to get away from grazing. I try just to stick to my sunflower seeds at my desk and stay away from that stupid snack box in the next office. Thank God I never have any cash on me to get to those yummy goodies. Evil snack box is from the devil....lol.
Keep up the good work.
Keep up the good work.
