WDYET Cali Crew?? Sunday
Happy Sunday all! Shell's I hope you don't mind me posting this? So, Cali crew what is going on? Any BBQ planned for Labor Day? As for me, I am just relaxing and trying to stay busy. I was so good food wise this week, but I have been struggling this weekend. I tend to wonder into the kitchen searching even though I am not even hungry. And I always seem to find something. ;-(
LND: 1/2 cup ground beef and a piece of cheese
LNS: Flaming hot cheetos
B: Vanilla Coffee Protein Shake
S: Ritz crackers (too many of them)
L: piece of cheese, more ritz crackers, tomato/cucumber/olive salad
S: Latte, cashews
D: ????????
Water: what is that?
Vitamins: I should start taking them right now.
Exercise: Retail shopping.

Tomorrow we're going up to Black Star Canyon for our exercise. Then we'll come home and BBQ. Today I made a huge fruit salad for tomorrow. I also cooked some sweet potatoes and Harley just fixed some No Sugar Added Sweet Potato Pie for tomorrow. (I'm sure we'll have some tonight though)

Exercise: 2-hour run/walk
Does anyone else have trouble eating after exercise?
On the days I exercise, my pouch feels smaller somehow and I can only take a couple bites at a time. I have to keep eating throughout the day to get enough food in and generally I don't finish what I've planned for.

I am not hungry after running, even after 26.2 miles the last thing I wanted to do was eat. Are you refueling your body during your runs? You should be @ least every 45 minutes with a GU or 1/2 a bar. I usual have a protein drink after a run and focus on refueling with liquid.

Today I have been very good about my eating... Except for the fact I didn't wake up till 1;30 this afternoon, so I missed breakfast. (we didn't get in from Reno until 3:30am)
B: SLEEP lol
S: still Sleep
L:half a Canadian bacon sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread with 1/2 low fat American cheese and some mustard, low fat peach yogurt with 1/2 banana sliced in it.
S: 1 orange
D: some chicken soup with mushrooms, broccoli, celery, green onions, yellow squash, zucchini, and cabbage. It was soooooo good!
S: dunno yet
Vitamins: yup
water:ALWAYS drinking water
Exercise: went for a walk with my hubby :o)
