I am inspired by your doctor's appointment. I am almost 4 months out and my first blood tests show my glucose levels are almost "normal", no high blood pressure, but my triglycerides are high, but I am much closer to that being normal too. It's great you're in that great space of no medication for blood pressure or diabetes. That's awesome!
