You should really try and join us for the LB Coffee group.  There is a bunch of really great people that get together the last Saturday of the month.  We have people drive from Hesperia, Highland, and Santa Clarita to join in on some good old friendship, clothing exchange and sometimes lunch afterwards.  You are welcome to bring Noah and your hubby if you like.

I think this will really help you to find people in your age range for other support here in So Cal.  Many people have become very good friends and do things together outside of OH and the LB Coffee.  Think about coming for the next coffee which should be 9/26.

I am 25... Yeah I know just a baby is some people eyes...lol
I live in Colton not too far from Riverside and San Bernardino. Have you had surgery yet?? I am still pre-op and going through the Kaiser Options classes.. Well talk to you later :)

Hey I am 23 i live in corona. inbetween yorba linda and riverside.
I had gastric bypass on may 19th and down...uhhh 70lbs now? i need to weigh myself hahaha.

That would be cool. They suggested that we start going to support group meetings but right now I can't find any that work with my schedule. Let me know if you are going to plan a get together. I would love to meet more people from here.

I work in Orange County and live in LA county. I just turned 30... pre op still but here.

I'm 27, turn 28 next month. I'm still pre-op. I actually had the psychological evaluation today, and I passed. So I just have the seminar to go to, then I'm finished with all my pre-op requirements. I'm in the inland empire also.

Come to the LB Coffee on the last Saturday of the month and you will meet lots of people!  It is a fun group and the ages range from little ones and on up.  There are plenty of 20-30 year olds there too.  Jean will post a reminder about the Long Beach Coffee (LB Coffee) gathering prior to the last Saturday of the month.

ME.... Just under 30... Like many have suggested... come down to the LB coffee meeting.  I'll be there.... -I'm post op - week 7/8 doing good.
