hello,
I realize a lot of you are partying it up at the moment.. however, when you get a chance maybe you could help me.

Is there something good I can put on the rashes under my arms and belly?  they are icky and when I asked my internal doctor at the surgeon's office who is supposedly a "bariatric doctor"  she said ask youf PCP we don't deal with that.  Wait.. Isn't she a bariatric doctor that would have more experience in that?  w/e  Im more and more irritated with this office.

However.. I am pretty happy with my weight loss so its ok.

I see my PCP this week, but just wondering if you all have any suggestions.. Im getting sick of the rashes already!!    I will be documenting it with my PCP regularly for PS in the future.

Thanks!

Hugs,

Jackie

They are yeast infections. #1 make sure you go to doctor everytime you get these for documentation in case you ever want to have the excess skin removed.
#2, lotrimin is good, These yeast infections are the same as atheltes feet.
#3, make sure you go to doctor and get documented...

Hi Jackie,

Just a side note here. I have heard that yes, they are a sort of yeast infection. The area can get quite red and inflammed, as well as put off moisture. I was told in my options class that after you have it documented and take pictures. The best way to clear it up is to wash the area with dandruff shampoond la. Just use it on the area like body wash. I have spoken to numerous people and they say it really works. Hope this helps. How are you feeling? I haven't seen you around lately.

Hugs, love, & friendship,

I keep mine at bay with vaginal yeast cream.  It stops the burning immediately and within days it is usually gone.  Make sure when you shower that you dry the areas well, and even use a blow dryer on cool setting to make sure the area is completely dry.

Miss seeing ya!

I use the clear callomine lotion. I know I butchered the spelling, but its the clear version of the stuff you use on chicken pox. Been using it for years on the rashes under my boobs n belly. Works like a charm.

Jackie,

Try using cornstarch as well.  This works wonderful on baby butts for rashes, chicken pox etc..  Not sure about Aveno, this might be another possibility.
