Good Morning Sunday! Barb is Going Home Today!
What a beautiful day this is today! THe sun is shining and the birds are singing and I don't have to work today! lol. Yesterday was the most awesome day ever. So many people came out to Meet our Very own Barb!!
Well it all started out with me laying everyone, I layed Doug and then Ron, and then my husband and then a few other people, (wait did I spell that right leid like with a hawaiian lei) Well you get it. We had enough food here for an army. All of it was deliecious. Kids were in the pool, on the trampoline, playiing guitar hero this or that. They all seemed to have a ball.
The big boys decidided to play horse shoes (Doug installed a horse shoe pit on the side of our house, can you believe that?) I think Heather WEathers hunk of burning love won the contest.
We had a Sharpi butt contest and I think Diane won! I won the award for the tightest 21 year old looking butt (but heck I was the only one who entered and I was the judge, so no one else had a chance)
Ron broke out his guitar and we all started singing. Ron is the best! My son just started playing a few months ago and he so enjoyed working with Ron! He wants us to move to Concord to be closer to Ron so the can "JAM". lol Thanks Ron
Little Michele came and brought portugese food, it was amazing. I got one bite of it and went back for more and there was none left! I think my husband must have hidden it.
Ms. Barb and I swam in that ice water thing we call a pool in the back. Kids did not seem to have any problem in it, me I think I stayed for about 2 min. Naomi got splashed and that was enough for her. (that Naomi, is looking super hot in her itsy bitsy teeny weeny pink polka dot bikini! She is such a super lady.
I can't thank everyone enough for coming out to welcome Barb to Southern California. I had so much fun and I think others did too. I love having my home filled with all this love and support. TOday the love is dripping out the windows and doors there is so much in here. I hope everyone got enough love and hugs while they were here (and dog slobber) If not give me a call and you can come back anytime!

Well I am finally able to get here. Long after the morning, way long. What a blast I had this weekend. It was so much fun, and like you said, all the love that was running around your house. You had no choice but to feel great about being around so many good and wonderful people.
Naomi, I am so glad that we had some private time to talk and get to know each other better. I want you to know, that damn nurse didn't leave here for 2 hours. You were home probably before she left. I really don't need this nurse coming in here and doing all of this, Doug does just as good a job as she did. Less all the chat too. But it was so good to have you here, and I really think, you and Jean need to spend a weekend, We will have Dougie cook for us.
Rhonda you really are the hostess with the mostess. I cannot believe how much work you put into making sure everyone has a great time. Your entire family is great, the kids are well behaved and loving. All the food that everyone brought was awesome, and there was so much of everything. I cannot thank you enough for the love and friendship you have shown me, and everyone that comes in contact with you.
Barb, there is nothing I can say. You and Ron are great and we had so much fun and enjoyed every minute we were able to spend with you guys. Thank Ron for the music. We were having so much fun, I am just so sorry that I pooped out so early. Thank you for taking the time to drive all the way down here. Ron and I had such a great time this weekend. We talked about our trip the whole way home today. From Friday night to Sunday morning, constant friendship and love was abounding and we are so grateful for the wonderful friends we both made.
Rhonda, Jerry, Mike, Puki, Seany, Lexie, Sara, JJ, Nyla and Baby you are the most awesome family I have ever met in my life. You are all welcome in our home in Concord any time. Thank you for all the love and friendship, hugs and everything you did to make us feel like family! Mike, Ron had so much fun playing guitar with you and can't wait to play again. Puki, you are such a sweetie pie, I love your dancing and your creativity. Seany, thank you for making me my necklace, it was beautiful! Lexie, I am so glad you are feeling better and that we got to see you feeling better by night time. Sara, you can share my protein drink and tomatoes anytime. I loved your kisses. JJ you are too cute, and I love your laugh and that I can tickle you. Nyla, you are so loved and are such a content baby, I am so glad God brought you to Rhonda and Jerry. It was a blast yesterday! Barb and Ron are the nicest people! They brought tomatoes for everybody. They were so yummy! Howard and I would love to go up to Concord and hopefully we will be able to meet some of the Nor Cal gang, as well. Miss Rhonda can't be the only one to meet everyone, lol.

No thank you to all of you guys! you all are amazing! Thank you for coming and enjoying. My children all had a ball, I had a ball. Heck everyone had a ball. The more kids the merrier. Everyone was huggying and that is what this world is about Love and fun. If we have an abundnace of those things we are wealthy beyond words. We all had a lot of both this weekeend.
