Hi Everyone -

Annette - 5k Walk
Monica P. - 5k Walk
Janeene - 1/2 Marathon
Janeene's husband - Bike Race
Lorie (lorielowrider) - 5k Walk
Michelle T. - 5k Walk
Brandi (2 be me again) - 5k Walk
Jean L. - 1/2 Marathon
Rhonda (rfloo) - 1/2 Marathon
Jackie - 5k Walk
Lola A. - 1/2 Marathon
Javi - I think he posted a new goal to finish a 5k. Have you signed up yet Javi?
Is there anyone else out there that I have not included? If so, add you name to the list. I believe most if not all the people listed above are also all part of the LB Coffee Group. This is going to be so much fun. I just finished my registration. WHOOT, WHOOT

Jackie,
I good way to measure your distance on the computer is to go to www.mapmyrun.com . You don't have to create an account to use this site and it's free.

Without struggle, there is no progress.
Hey lady
Lets all meet up at the ElDorado on Saturday evening before the race...its a fun local restaurant/bar that I have been going to for years.....lots of friendly people and also located in LB at the corner of Spring and Studebaker (not far from the LB coffee location...) just a thought.... I think I might be to dead after the walk to do anything on Sunday evening besides go in the hot tub and sleep...lol

I think meeting the night before is a good idea considering the different races we're all entering...we'll all be finishing at different times and it would difficult to coordinate a meeting time.
I would suggest meeting early, the half-marathoners will need time to get to bed and rest as much as possible. How about 5pm or so?
I like the El Dorado (as you already know :D) but I only go there for karaoke, I don't care for their food. Can we meet at a chain restaurant that would be able to accomodate all of us better? How about Acalpulco in the shopping center near Loehman's on PCH and 2nd?
Anyplace we meet is fine with me....we can coordinate better at LB coffee when we are all there....And I agree about meeting earlier...except Acapulco does get really busy....I know the El Dorado Has the big area at the end of the bar and at that early hour they won't be busy....but we can take talk about it later and decide.....I am up for anything.
How you feeling honey - I can't wait to see you. Are you going to be able tomake it to coffee on the 26th?
