Good morning everyone,

Well I finally broke the stall and hope it stays this way for a while. I have lost 4 pounds this week including that one that snuck up on me and gained LOL.

On a good note, I was accepted into the College of Health Sciences and will begin the journey in becoming a Certified Wellness Coach in the next semester starting in November. Its going to take several months to complete but am very excited of the prospect. Also thinking about getting my certification as a Personal Trainer. I just think there is a need for people that have been through and fully understand what we have gone through out there to be able to help others with their journey's as well.

Have a great day everyone.............Rick

Rick..
Congrats to you!  That is a wonderful thing and i agree with you!  There is a big need for people who can help people who have the understanding.  Its just not the same when they can't relate.  I know they try but its very special when someone can really "get" you.

Cant wait to follow you certification story!!!

and congrats on breaking the stall.. wowee you have done amazing!

Hugs,

Jackie

What is a wellness coach?  I live in the Central Valley and we tend to be a few years behind!

Wow, today is my first official Wacky Wed Weigh In day.  Now remember I had surgery 1 week ago today.  I have lost 15 lbs.  Today I get to start mushy foods.  I had half a scrambled egg.  (The nut said that it was mushy).  I don't think an egg ever tasted so good.  I am still feeling very full too!  That is not all.  My snoring has gone to a quiet snore and I have already cut my blood pressure pill in half.  I am very happy with this!  I hope everyone has a great day!

Today is my first day home alone.  My husband had to go earn some money.  He of course went over what I could do and couldn't do before he left.

Congratulations Elizabeth!  What a way to start the 'ride' LOL  I'm jealous you can eat eggs....since my surgery, I haven't been able to tolerate them and I have tried every which way to cook them...pouch still says 'no!' :-(  I do so miss them...especially as an omelete.  Now that you're home alone, remember your water and vitamins! ^_^

Whoo-hoo! Way to go Elizabeth!
That is a great start! Great news about your b/p pill and your snoring. Remember to watch what you pick up and your bending. Hubby isn't there to remind you, but remember a gallon of milk is 5 pds! So be careful.
I'm with Nancy, I'm jealous you can have eggs so early. I had to wait until nearly 4 wks out until my pouch could handle them.  Have a fantastic day, Elizabeth!
Hugs, love, & friendship,

Michelle T.
