I'd be very cautious about the last 2 surgeons mentioned. They may be excellent surgeons, but after over 3 years on the Ds forum I have yet to hear of either of them doing the DS. And even if they do one every now and then, you need a very experienced DS surgeon for a revison, which is more difficult and higher risk than a first time around DS.
Stick with the experts, like Dr. Crookes. Someone who only does the occasional DS (if that) is not the best choice for a revision to a DS.

As few as two years ago Dr Q did not do the DS or VSG He did my cousins RNY adn his wife LapBAnd I did consult with him but he didn't offer back then. If he does hes fairly new to them both
