Good morning Cali Friends, what are you thankful for today?

Today I am thankful for....

1.  That I am finally seeing the floor in my office and getting things organized so I can find stuff!  Yes binders made and hanging file labeled!  I can see things!!!

2.  For a great dinner out last night with the family!

3.  That it is the weekend, and I am going to get to relax and enjoy!

I finished the 5K in under an hour and that was a good thing. 

Today I am thankful for...

1.  God has given me the strenght to do this and the desire also.

2.  My awesome kids.

I love that quote from Buddha. A lot of Buddha's philosophy resonate with me.

Today I am thankful for:

1. A day that isn't owned by the people I earn my paycheck from
2. I am in a part of the state that actually requires the use of a sweater this morning
3. The loud and funny bluejays I watch from my window as I type this email
4. Having a good night of sleep and going to be when I was actually tired instead of munching through the night!!!

Today I am thankful that Deb is home and doing better.

I am also thankful that I don't have a ghost it is just my lab, Indy. (See Sat. Post)

I am thankful that my parents live with my little sister and not me.

I am thankful that my son brought the grandkids over for a while yesterday. 

I am thankful that I walked a mile again today.

Today I am thankful that:

I conquered my fears this morning of not finishing my 5k. I did it, by my power and the win is mine!

that I shared my memory of this day with a very special and dear friend. Thank you, Rhonda, for the encouragement.

that my husband, brother, and nephew were on the sidelines cheering me on.

that this day will be forever in my memory. Everyday is such an awsome day!

Today I am thankful for....

1.  I am not at the office to deal with stupid crap

2.  That I have a job to help me afford the necessities in life

3.  That my family is well & healthy

4.  My laundry is done

5.  My daughter is cleaning her room

6.  I am able to open my home to Michelle T on 10/10/09 so she can walk the LB 5k with me and several other OH people

So, Today I am Thankful for:
 1.learning my 'lessons' and hearing the 'message'....I can control my behaviour and my reactions.

2.  this wonderful site...where I can share my journey..share my triumphs (as well as my failures) without fear of critisims or judgements...Thank You my friends!

3. my husband; even tho we run into rocky and uneven roads, I know without any doubt, he loves me....and I am so blessed because of that unconditional love.
