OT: Well. It's Official...(Updated)

Sorry Michelle......I didn't even see your line about closing doors and opening windows.  I guess great minds think alike.

The good new is that I haven't reverted back to my old eating habits. The bad news is that I haven't eaten much today. I couldn't even choke down my dinner. But I did have a protein bar about an hour ago and I am off to make a protein shake. Good night everyone...

I am so sorry to hear you are going through this....I can not imagine how hard it is but like others said God doesn't give us more than we can handle (although sometimes it feels like he does).  Just hang in there and lean on people for support and most important don't revert back to those demons we all fight with during stressfull times - FOOD.  Sounds like you have that under control.  Stay busy and stay strong and remember we are all here for you. 

I swear MEN - what the heck are they made of anyway...yes this comes from one very single and very independent woman that has decided that being a single lady is pure heaven.

I am so sorry you are going through this Katt.  I am glad your son is back here though to help you.  I went through my divorce 9 years ago.  It was before I had WLS and I ate my way through it too.  Things will get better.  Find a good support system and pray.  I will be praying for you too.

I am so sorry to hear you have to go through this.  There is light at the end of the tunnel, I promise.  I divorced after 25 years of marriage, my decision but it turned out to be the best decision I ever made, no more verbal abuse and being the butt of ex's jokes.  I am healthier and stronger now than I have ever been and am now married to a man whom I didn't even think existed!
