Wow moment!

I could not believe it- I have wanted a pair of full lenght books forever.  When I was younger and not heavy my calves were too muscular to fit in boots.  Then I just got plain fat and there was no way I could zip a pair with the size of my foot.  I went shopping and thought I would try a pair just for fun and to my surprise they fit me.  I almost fainted, of course I had to buy them.  DH was so happy and said when were we going out so I could sport my new purchase.  I keep having these wow moments this past month and they are great!

:You go skinny legs/ankles (lol). what a great wow moment. I saw your post earlier this week to that you Husband got a awesome job offer too. So many great things happening. I hope to see you/meet you at Mimi's this Saturday.  Gotta wear you go go boots and get going (lol). whoo hoo. oh and i have a date RNY 11-17- at 11am. Its intense time for me. yikes.

Amen, I know exactly what you are talking about.  To be able to order or buy a pair of boots without having to worry if they are larger in the calf to fit that fat legs.  I am so excited for you, because I have been there done that, now buy away, and watch for those sales at the end of the season!

By the way, this is just the beginning of the wow moments

That's awesome, I bet they look cute on you.  I can just imagine how good that feels.  I remember the last time I tried to wear boots, I couldn't get them to fit and I hadn't even imagined trying them again, you've inspired me!

That is how I felt (should I try them and then not be able to zip  them up-can you say embarrassed)!  I wear such a small size that leg has always looked so small to me.

Oh Dolores..that is fantastic!  I've been eyeing the full length boots as I scope out the thrift stores..just haven't had the nerve to actually try on a pair! I would expect to see them on you tomorrow but it is suppose to be way too hot! LOL  PIctures will do however!  ^_^
