Another Wow moment

Sorry I haven't been here for you in a while. Been really busy at work and home. Well congrats on you WOW moment.
I'm sad to hear your going through depression, it's an awful state of mind. I'm glad to hear you are already doing somethign about it. Do you have any idea as to what is causing you to be depressed? I felt that way the first couple of weeks after surgery because I couldn't eat what I wanted and the amount I wanted, but some how I snapped out of it. I hope this battle will be over soon, I dont want you to suffer in a time that should be the happiest for you.
Keep up the good work. Your weight loss is great! Send me some pics when you get a chance. Hope to meet with you soon so we can go to a North Cal lunch together.
