Coffee Or Lunch Get Together In Sacramento Area ?

I was just wondering if there is any interest in having Lunch or Coffee get together in the Sacramento, Elk Grove Area ? We all have different doctor sponsored support groups, But the closes I have seen in group gatherings is the bay area. I also know that there are allot of WLS Pts both Pre & Post in the Sac area.

So if you are interested in having some kind of gathering, let me know your thoughts. I be happy to put it together and see how it goes.

Hey Doc..fantastic idea!  I only ask that you not schedule  it for the 3rd Saturday of the month...that's the same Saturday the No California Luncheon is held in Concord and there are a couple of us who make the trip ^_^ 

I know there are several here from Roseville, Folsom, Sacramento, Elk Grove...looking forward to when and where ;-)

So often location is key.  The further north you go (example Sac or up 80 or 50) the harder it gets for people to travel who are north or south.  Elk Grove or Galt (right off on 99) might be good.  Easy freeway access is important for those traveling a long ways.  Wherever the place, it you could eliminate some potential people...just the nature of the beast in how we are spread out.  Brian
