OOOH GUS Today is the Day it is FRIDAY!

Good Morning California!

How is eveyrone on this cool morning!  I actually had to use the covers last night and when I woke up this morning there was a a chilli n the air!  I love it.  I like hot too and soon enough we are going to be hoping for summer again.  Well what is this weekend bringing to you all out there in OH land?  I hope it is tons of fun.  Me I think it is paperwork and getting my office in great order.  That would be the goal.  I have to run a few errands and work on a few things around the house.  Going to hook up with some freinds for a dinner this weekend too.  That should be really a lot of fun.  I am looking forward to doing the Long Beach 1/2 Marathon next weekend that should just be a ball.  I am hoping to run into Monica while we are there but I have no clue where the routes for the 5k or the 1/2 Marathon are.  So we shall just play it by ear.  Well I am going to go and get my farms all caught up now so chat with you later.  Have a super duper weekend and take care of yourself and make it a fun weekend to remember.

Good morning Rhonda and everyone,

Rhonda, could you please work my farm...I'll pay you..lol  I just haven't had time.   If you can't maybe Diane could...and I'd pay her.. LOL

Well, I am here at work super early...I didn't realize what time it was when I left the house 4:25am...but, I am here and I have one busy day.  I have to get ready for a big meeting for this afternoon.  I have a group of people coming in from Israel for the meeting..fun stuff.

I am still sick...and I can't take anything for it since my plastic surgery is around the corner.  I just have to let it run it's course...I am just taking a lot of fluids and sleeping when ever I get a chance, or and my vitamin C.

As for the weekend, Tomorrow morning I have to go have a mammogram done, when it is Western Day in San Dimas so we will be doing the fun family things all weekend...Sunday is the Rodeo...I am looking forward to that.  Clean house, do laundry, and watch football...other then that I'll try to relax and before I know it it will be Monday..then only two more weeks till my surgery...yahooo!!!!!!

Good Morning Rhonda and Cali Friends,

TGIF, it's time to let the brain slow down from another week of work.  Yesterday was very gratifying though, I had an employee who came in to my office fairly wound up with issues surrounding medical insurance.  I spent two hours with the employee and helped to explain how the insurance paid, what they didn't pay something, etc.  Turns out the insurance had sent a questionaire back in Jan/March/July that went unanswered and was holding all payments up.  So together we got everything filled out., sent in.  Well by the time the employee left, word had spread around the hospital how happy the employee was and his supervisor came to my office beaming with excitement on how happy this person now was.  Apparently the employee is known to be wound a little tight and just needed some guidance.  In the end it was time well spent and I think I've made a friend for life!

Tonight is our first concert of the year, should be a good one and I am looking forward to it.  The weekend has no scheduled plans thank goodness.

Good Morning Rhonda and the Cali Gang!!!

ITS FRIDAY!!!  YIPEE!!!  I always look forward to the weekends.  I have been sick the last couple of weekends so I haven't been doing anything.  I am still fighting this stupid cold and probably won't be doing anything this weekend either.  More than likely, it will just be grocery shopping, laundry and some cleaning.  I am going to try and get my car running this weekend if I can get someone over to look at it.  I am so tire of it just sitting there while I walk everywhere.  Now mind you, the walking is good for me but not when I don't feel well and my back and feet hurt.  Oh well...you do what you gotta do when you're a mom.

I need to run and get some work done this morning.  I am already drinking my first cup of coffee.  I am so cold this morning and it feels great!!

Yeah- Friday!!  I am so glad this week has bee a rough one, with it being the end of the fiscal year.  I went for my walk yesterday and then in the evening DH and Ms. V wanted to go to the park so I went for another walk.  Soon I will have legs of steel- ha ha ha.

My sister is in the city and we will be meeting up with them tomorrow can't wait.  I also think I am going to buy me a new cell phone, mine does not want to stay charged anymore.  Hope everyone has a great day.

TGIF!! Boy, I really do love this change in weather! I love to snuggle up inside blankets while there is a crispness and chill in the air. Spring and Autumn are my favorite times of the year!
This weekend I have quite a few plans. I have to take my brother and nephew down to my mom's tonight. Although, my mom wants me to spend the weekend, I have to come up because I have a ton of things to do. Tomorrow, brings some catch up time and running some errands. I am also looking to increasing my walking to 4 miles. Sunday brings a day at the San Dimas Rodeo. Even though the fair was only going to be $1.00, nearly all my family is going to the Rodeo. So I will "Giddy-up" there and meet them.
We have a few additions to our family, and so I get to be introduced on Sunday. I also have a funeral to attend tomorrow. My friend that was doing so badly, has indeed passed away. I am glad that she is in a happier place, according to her. I am upset and sad, because I will no longer be able to spend time with her here on earth. But I said my good-byes. Its really hard to lose a loved one. We are never promised the next second in our lives, so always tell someone how much they mean to you.
I thank God for this website and the people that have come to become friends and like family to me. I am going to live my life and enjoy this ride I am on. I am going to have fun, so when I am done with my life on earth, I can say I had one helluva ride and die with a smile on my face!

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your friend, as you said she is in a happier place...and no more suffering.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.

On a brighter note...maybe we'll see you at the San Dimas Rodeo Sunday..it should be a beautiful day!!!
