Good Saturday Morning,

Good Morning all.   Here it is Sat.  Gus is probably sleeping because they go out and party and party good.  Anna I thought it was so cute that you wrote on the board to Gus yesterday.  You two are such a great couple.  I see that Shells is going good after her recent plastic surgery.  Wishing you the best hon.  Now my cousin goes and gets her plastics done on Monday.  She is even having a hammertoe taken are of.  So she is literally getting a head to toe make over.  My prayers and throughts are with you Cindy.  Rick has got a great subject going about exercising and it's great to see so much participation from everyone.  I see lots of new faces around, I welcome you all.  I hope that you find the support and friendships that you seek.  I have found everyone to be so kind.  It's a nice place to hang out.  Don't be shy about posting either, we don't bite I swear!  DeannaL, you are doing an amazing job.  You recommitted yourself to getting back on track and you are sticking to it.  Congrats to you, and your postings are such an inspiration to me.  Elizabeth it has been so fun talking to you all week.   I hope that things keep going good for you, and keep eating like you have been, and you will feel great, never be hungry and still lose weight.   Today I am going to be out and about.  Going to take a ride to the Italian store in Upland.  It's the only place where I would ever buy Italian sausage from.  My parents bought from this store when I was growing up and my family still goes there.  I am going to make a dinner on Sunday.  Now whether it's good or not, I will let Doug decide.  He's really not picky especially when he is not making it.  I went downstair yesterday and rolled all over the house and cleaned it to my liking.  I even did the floor.  I sit on my computer chair which is hydralic, put it all the way to the ground and then bend over and wash the floor by hand.  It always looks so much better and it just stays cleaner.    Well what are your plans for today?  I know the Steph is going to be in class today, other than that, who is doing what, and if you are doing something really fun, please share so I can live through your adventures.   Have a great Sat,  Hugs, Diane

Good Morning Diane and Cali,

I am excited this morning because we are taking Jordyn on her first choo choo train ride.  My mom wants to go to the avacado festival in Carpenteria and she wants to go by train.  So we are off.  I hope Jordyn likes it or its going to be a long 2 hours.  I hope the festival is nice too but I just like going to festivals so it will be nice to check another one off the list.

Good morning Diane and Everyone...

Diane you are up early!!!  GREAT post...You better be careful with all that cleaning...I know it always looks much better, but don't do to much and hurt yourself!!!

I am up early, enjoying the quiet house...I am finishing up the laundry and then I have to go have a mammogram done at 8 this morning..(only 2 more weeks before my PS.),.then grocery shopping, go watch my grandson with is tycondo...then go to Ross and then tonight I have a candle party.  Gezzz, I tired and it is still early...LOL

Tomorrow will be the San Dimas Rodeo...I am so excited.  I may even make a trip downtown SD today just to see what is going on...

 

Monica hope you have a great time today…the weather is suppose to be perfect.

Good morning Diane and Cali,

Well today brings a trip to the city to pick up my sister and her DH.  We will do china town and fisherman's wharf.  The usual tourist haunts and maybe a few others.  They do not fly out until 9 this evening from SFO.  So I should get all my walking in today.  I got my new walking shoes in the mail yesterday, they took a little getting used to.  I felt it in my butt and thighs after my walk, just like advertised!

Good Morning Diane and Cali Friends,

Diane, I hope you aren't over doing it but I know you're enjoying being more mobile and feeling so much better since I saw you a few weeks ago.  So glad about that.

Last night's concert went very well, my fan club (Ron and his Mom & Dad) came and really enjoyed it and of course we did dinner at our usual pre-concert eating place which is always fun.

Today brings nothing planned, I am SO glad about that.  I will find time to do some laundry and a few chores.  I do need to go grocery shopping sometime this weekend.

I hope whatever you are doing today, you manage to do something great for just you!

Good morning Cali board!

Diane, don't overdo, but it's great you are feeling better and stronger each day.  Not too much on the calendar today.  Just doing a little grocery shopping, going to make birthday dinner for my dad who turned 83 yesterday.  So I told him I would deliver dinner and his "birthday party" to him tomorrow.

4:30frigging AM Diane??  You must be under the covers with the flash light again so poor Doug can sleep LOL  I slipped out of the bedroom at 6..I am soooo not happy with this 'can't sleep past 5:30am' garbage...especially on Saturday :-(  But, no sense tossing and turning trying to stay quiet so Lon can sleep...and he is such a light sleeper!  Attached-at-the-hip chihuahua Trudy figures if I'm awake, it must be play time...so best to get somewhere where the rough housing won't bother anyone else ^_^

Today is suppose to be a beautiful 75* and I just love the fall weather.  Today we go pick up our new m/h...new to us but OLD in years...24 years old to be exact..but it is bigger than what we have now, more engine power and more room...and a bed in the back...no more climbing the ladder to get to the bed over the cab.  Getting too darn old for the monkey shinanigans .

I'll spend most of the day transferring stuff from 1 m/h to the other; want to be able to list the old m/h on Craig's List by tonight which means Lon has to be able to take pictures of a CLEAN rig.  Lon has to go pick up some carving wood this afternoon and I'll mow the front lawn while he's gone. Tomorrow I hope to talk him into another ride up to Apple Hill; want to get some better pictures so I can post them to photobucket so everyone can see what and where the No Cali Luncheon gang is going this month. (EVERYONE invited!!)

Well, that's it for me.  Time to go check the laundry, look for Barb's 'Thankful' post  and do some carving club book work before we have to leave. 

Not real exciting day, Diane...but you can still vicariously help me clean my m/h ;-) You sound like you are doing great which is a wonderful thing!  Happy to read that MsShells is doing well after her plastics, and wish Cindy an uneventful PS Monday and a speedy recovery.  I love Monica's new avatar...you are looking soooo great, girl!  And MO! go with the tile~!  It is sooo much easier to keep clean ^_^  To all who are suffering and trying to fight off the colds....you are in my prayers for healing.

Good Morning All!  I am up, dressed and ready to face the day.  The clean-up guys are here working in my kitchen so hopefuly I get it back today!  I have paint for my kitchen so when they're done I'll give it a fresh coat of paint and get back to the business of having a kitchen.

So, there I was, just minding my own business last night sleeping away comfortable in my droopy old bed when all of a sudden my cell phone rings.  A couple of my friends were out partying and decided to call and share. 

I have a retirement dinner for my boss to go to tonight and a house to clean. 

Better get to it...............Take your vitamins, drink your water and shake your boo-tay!
